30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love how you feel with Olea. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we'll refund your purchase price. No questions asked, and you don't need to send anything back.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@theoleawellness.com with your order number and the email address you ordered with.
2. We'll confirm and issue your refund within 2 business days.
3. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

The fine print

• The guarantee covers the first order per customer or household. Later orders can be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• Free gifts (the Glass Capsule Jar and The Calm Belly Kitchen eBook) are yours to keep and are never charged.
• Shipping charges on one-time orders ($4.95) are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Subscription refills: if a refill ships that you meant to cancel, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it and cancel your subscription.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email support@theoleawellness.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
