Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. All orders ship from our fulfillment partner in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Subscribe & Save orders: FREE shipping on your first order and every refill.
- One-time purchases: $4.95 flat rate.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. The estimated delivery date shown on our product page is an estimate, not a guarantee.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Digital gift
The Calm Belly Kitchen eBook included with 3-bottle subscriptions is delivered digitally. Your download link is included in your order confirmation and is also available at theoleawellness.com/pages/calm-belly-kitchen.
Lost, stolen or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email support@theoleawellness.com and we'll help you sort it out, including sending a replacement where appropriate.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
