How Subscribe & Save works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you're signing up for automatic refills of Olea Ginger Root Tonic. By completing checkout with a subscription, you authorize Olea Wellness to charge your payment method automatically for each refill until you cancel.
- Frequency: a new shipment of the same bundle you chose (1, 2 or 3 bottles) ships and is billed every 30 days, starting 30 days after your first order.
- Price: you pay the subscription price shown at checkout for your bundle, currently $39.99 for 1 bottle, $59.99 for 2 bottles or $74.99 for 3 bottles, plus applicable tax. Shipping is free.
- Free gifts are included with your first order only.
- If our subscription prices ever change, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change affects your next refill.
Skip, change or cancel anytime
There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel online in under a minute:
- Go to oleawellness.shop/pages/manage-subscription or click Manage Subscription in the menu.
- Sign in with the email you ordered with (we'll email you a one-time code).
- Open your subscription and choose Cancel, or skip or change your next refill.
You can also cancel by emailing support@oleawellness.shop with "Cancel" and your order number. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.
To stop your next refill, cancel before your next billing date. If a refill is charged right after you cancel, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it.
Failed payments
If a refill payment fails, we'll try again and email you so you can update your payment method. If we can't collect payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
